Job summary

Southall Farm and Inn seeks a Spa Concierge to welcome guests, handle bookings, and guide them through our spa services. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in and payment process while maintaining a pristine front desk and spa environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume, luxury setting. Training and opportunities for growth are provided within the Southall team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at the spa reception.
• Answer phones, book appointments and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain front desk appearance and spa facilities and assist spa staff as needed.
• Process payments accurately and protect company assets.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa services and hours of operation.
