Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a Spa Group Coordinator to prospect and schedule group spa business and greet all groups with professionalism. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, discretion, and maintaining luxury spa standards across the campus.

You will promote spa services and amenities, coordinate tours with meeting planners, and support multiple departments while upholding confidentiality and a premium guest experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be able to deal with people in a professional manner under pressure.
• Must be flexible in work scheduling.
• Must be able to perform some strenuous physical labor (lifting boxes and laundry).
• Confidentiality with co-workers and clients regarding ANY in-house practices is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule group spa services (via telephone, email and in person) in an efficient manner to maximize associate productivity.
• Meet and greet each group as they enter The Spa and orient guests to facilities.
• Promote and upsell all spa services and amenities (Cabanas and food & beverage).
• Oversee tours with meeting planner and coordinate with hotel sales team.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of locker rooms and spa public areas.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings and report maintenance or security issues.
