Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Spa Coordinator to welcome and orient guests to the spa, book services and reservations, and manage check-in/out processes. You will balance schedules, assist with retail and services, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury environment.

The role requires 3 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Teams. Maui alcohol compliance and a professional, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or similar, in reservations, concierge or customer service.
• Proven guest service experience in a luxury environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; phone service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand, communicate and book/sell spa services and products using computer systems as needed.
• Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize spa productivity and fairness.
• Orient guests and give personalized tours of the spa facility.
