Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in spa, hotel, or luxury service with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Strong leadership, hiring, coaching, and development skills.
• Solid business acumen with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Outstanding guest relations and brand reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active front-of-house leadership and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Lead talent processes: hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Own the location's P&L, revenue targets, and budgeted KPIs.
• Optimize service revenue and manage labor to control costs within budget.
• Review daily reports to track service, retail, ticket averages, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with spa standards and local/state regulations.
• Coordinate training with department leads and District Manager.
• Recruit and hire qualified candidates; manage vendor relationships and inventory.
