The Beverly Hills Hotel, a Dorchester Collection property, is seeking a Cook 2 to join our luxury kitchen team in Beverly Hills, CA. You will learn from seasoned colleagues and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a celebrated property.

You will prepare ingredients, portion, and cook dishes, maintain a spotless workstation, and support chefs to ensure safety and quality. English is the primary language on site and strong customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing; wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; set up, cook, and break down work station; wash and disinfect kitchen areas to ensure top guest experience.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees.
• Communicate with Cook 1, Cook 1 Supervisor and Sous Chef about hotel status, dietary restrictions, and kitchen needs.
• Ensure sanitation standards by coordinating with stewards and maintaining logs for audits.
