Job summary

Aesop, part of L'Oréal USA, seeks a Retail Consultant to deliver personalized experiences and premium service in our Paramus store. You will engage customers with authentic storytelling, guide product demonstrations, and build lasting relationships while contributing to store targets and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication for storytelling and engagement.
• Passion for premium skincare and fragrance products.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs by contributing to store goals and SMART plans with the Store Manager.
• Engage customers with storytelling; provide personalized product recommendations and regimens.
• Lead customers to product areas and demonstrate products on the skin to illustrate benefits.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences and foster repeat visits with warm departures and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team to uphold Aesop’s standards and pursue continuous improvement.
