Job summary

Aesop in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Retail Consultant who delivers personalized conversations, storytelling, and premium product experiences. You will welcome customers, demonstrate regimens, and build lasting relationships through attentive service.

You’ll drive store performance, use data to optimize traffic and conversion, and continuously learn through induction and product trainings. Flexible 3 days/week with weekends required; hourly compensation reflects a premium brand in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tactile product demonstration ability.
• Interest in premium skincare and fragrance products.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance and store goals by understanding KPIs and setting SMART plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, greetings, product demonstrations and regimen building.
• Lead customers to recommended products on the floor and ensure memorable departures.
• Maintain grooming, stock, and store presentation to uphold retail standards.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training, and coaching to grow with the brand.
