You will welcome visitors, demonstrate products, build regimen plans, and work with the team to meet store targets while upholding Aesop's grooming standards and exceptional service across a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset with both customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with product demos.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance.
• Flexible schedule; able to work 5 days a week with one weekend day.
• Able to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
