You’ll help manage high inbound inquiries, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on sustainable jewelry. The position requires full-time availability, including weekends, with a competitive hourly compensation and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via live chat, phone, or in-store interactions with a luxury focus.
• Maintain showroom appearance, inventory, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Coordinate with distribution and maintain product security and ordering.
