Job summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our Miami showroom. You will lead and mentor Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants and Jewelry Consultants to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales and customer experience goals.

The role is full-time, in-person in Miami, Tue-Sat, with a compensation budget of $60-$62k. You will recruit, train and guide a high-performing team in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Proven track record recruiting and growing high-performing teams.
• Robust CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and management of a Customer Experience team focused on sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an efficient showroom and office with high standards of service.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions such as diamond options and custom designs.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email and live chat and uphold high standards.
• Conduct in-person appointments to provide a personalized luxury experience.
