Summer Classics, Inc. in Pelham, AL invites applications for a Retail Assistant Store Manager (On-Site) to oversee daily showroom operations, coaching staff, and maintain brand presentation while driving sales and exceptional client experiences.

You will partner with the Store Manager, manage opening/closing, inventory, and CRM usage, and foster a professional, collaborative environment that upholds luxury retail standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations, design, or related area.
• Minimum of three years in retail or design with at least two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom presentation and merchandising per brand standards.
• Monitor stockroom standards, visual integrity, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.
• Drive high-quality client experience and resolve service issues.
• Coach staff on service, upselling, and CRM usage.
• Monitor sales and operational metrics and report performance insights.
