VRAI is seeking a seasoned Showroom Manager to grow the in-person shopping experience across its luxury jewelry brand. You will lead a team of Diamond Experts, nurture relationships with clients, and drive revenue through training, clienteling, and mentorship.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership and collaboration with marketing and product teams. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in luxury retail management, a proven sales record, and diamond/jewelry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
• Diamond and jewelry expertise strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs for individuals and team; drive revenue through clienteling and mentorship.
• Lead and develop Diamond Sales Experts; supervise daily store procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams on launches, events, and activations.
