Job summary

VRAI is seeking a Diamond Sales Expert to join our luxury jewelry team. You will advise clients, conduct personalized consultations, and guide them through the selection of sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry.

In this role, you’ll manage appointments, nurture leads, and contribute to growth by delivering first‑class service remotely and in showroom. Strong sales history in diamonds and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales in a luxury retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong background in jewelry; gemologist certification preferred.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to clients and prepare personalized consults, then follow up to close the sale.
• Maintain calendar of appointments, manage lead pipeline, and develop leads.
• Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales teams on clienteling and design projects.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams on launches and events.
