STARK in Denver, CO seeks an Assistant Showroom Manager with a luxury sales background and a proven track record with trade professionals. You will support the Showroom Manager in driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and leading showroom operations in a high-end setting.

The role requires a strong design sense, excellent communication, and the ability to coach a team toward sales excellence while leveraging technology to elevate client experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5+ years of luxury sales experience in the design trade.
• Sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and tech skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to meet/exceed personal sales goals and contribute to showroom sales.
• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coach showroom staff and drive adoption of technology to improve sales efficiency.
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure alignment with STARK standards.
