Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful retail leadership with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading commissioned sales teams.
• Luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or similar luxury segments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom performance in sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and a customer-centric culture.
• Analyze trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
