Job summary

Waterworks in New York seeks a dynamic General Manager to own the flagship showroom’s financial performance, exceed revenue goals, and lead a high‑performing sales team. You’ll build and execute a business plan, drive client relationships within the design community, and leverage virtual tools as well as in‑person calls to grow the brand.

This leadership role requires a fearless, organized communicator who can mentor staff, manage showroom operations, and collaborate with the Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in showroom sales and 5+ years in sales management.
• Fearless, client-centric selling approach.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Digitally savvy with virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Manage showroom P&L and reporting.
• Develop client relationships with designers and architects.
• Drive adoption of CRM and digital sales tools.
