Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of successful retail leadership with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading commissioned sales teams.
• Luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or direct-to-the-trade experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and business planning skills.
• A passion for developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving results.
