Triton Stone Group is seeking a design-focused sales professional in Baton Rouge, LA to build lasting relationships with designers, builders, and clients. You will lead design consultations, guide product selections, and drive sales through a complete design-to-purchase process in a premium showroom environment.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings, comprehensive product knowledge, and ongoing pursuit of exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.

• Capable of thriving in a varied-paced retail environment.
• Ability to develop long lasting relationships in the local Architecture and Design community.
• Understand and regularly execute income-generating activities that deliver consistent financial results for both the company and the design consultant.
• Creating, presenting, and selling product and design solutions.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, designers, builders, fabricators, and other industry partners.
• Use relationship-selling techniques through design consultations for residential new construction, high-end renovations, and other projects to maximize selling opportunities.
• Guide customers through the complete product selection process, including: understanding the project, reviewing plans, and coordinating products.
• Document selections accurately and communicate information to customers and internal teams.
• Follow selections through the sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience from consultation to purchase.
