Job summary

California Closets in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a part-time Customer Liaison for weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm). You will assist customers and schedule appointments via phone, email, or showroom visits, delivering a premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in home renovations/industry preferred
• Associates Degree related to business administration preferred
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with clients
• Ability to data entry quickly and accurately
• Calendar management/scheduling experience preferred
• Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to manage own schedule

Responsibilities

• Completes appointment scheduling for Design Consultants via CRM
• Answers incoming calls and emails to local scheduling offices/showrooms
• Directs client issues to management and works towards resolution
• Greet visitors in showroom and assist with guestbook and refreshments
• Maintains showroom cleanliness and setup
• Supports customer communications related to installations and follow-ups
• Coordinates with Centralized Scheduling and reports issues daily
