Brilliant Earth is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant Manager to lead the Dallas showroom team of Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Jewelry Consultants. You will recruit, mentor, and drive a premium customer experience while achieving sales KPIs in a luxury jewelry environment.

The role is full-time and on-site in Dallas, TX, with a compensation budget of $55,000–$60,000 per year. Weekend availability is required, and benefits are extensive.
