• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Service Department.
• Drive exceptional luxury customer experience from write-up to delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, profitability, and performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service staff.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism while preserving brand integrity.
