Land Rover Orlando, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every guest. This role requires prior Jaguar Land Rover service leadership and a track record in luxury dealership operations.

The ideal candidate will drive CSI, lead Advisors and technicians, and cultivate a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence while monitoring KPIs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven Jaguar Land Rover Service Manager experience preferred.
• Luxury/highline dealership leadership experience required.
• Strong track record of achieving high CSI scores.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Department to deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and department performance metrics.
• Oversee Advisors, technicians, and service staff to ensure top service standards.
• Foster a hospitality-driven culture with accountability and professionalism.
• Monitor KPIs and profitability, and recruit/train department personnel.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining brand integrity.
