Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both internal and external customers. This full-time role coordinates the loaner fleet, checks vehicles in/out, and supports service drive operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and solid organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with customers, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check/Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.
