Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a friendly, professional loaner coordinator to join our service team. This full-time role supports guest arrival, directs customers, and manages the loaner fleet while keeping the service drive organized throughout the day.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and multitasking abilities. Day-to-day includes weekend hours, with comprehensive benefits and an employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's
• Check guests into loaner vehicles
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day
