Job summary

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Loaner Coordinator to join our busy service department. This full-time role includes benefits and requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus, and weekend hours apply.

The position supports fleet management, guest check-ins, and shuttle duties as needed within our luxury dealership environment in Lynnwood, WA.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance
• Customer service experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's
• Check guests into loaner vehicles
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day
