Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Associate to ensure vehicle readiness, guide customers through features, and manage delivery and lease-end processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering a personalized, premium experience and using Salesforce to log delivery details.

The role requires 2–5 years of customer-facing experience, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer facing professional experience.
• Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Comfort with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of delivery schedules via regular communication with Sales Specialist.
• Lead pre-delivery conversations, confirm details and set expectations.
• Guide customers through features of the Lucid vehicle during delivery.
• Handle lease-end vehicle returns and grounding scheduling.
• Document delivery activity and specifications in Salesforce.
• Support daily operations and adapt approaches based on feedback.
