Job summary

Lucid Motors in San Diego is seeking a Service Concierge to deliver world-class service at our service center. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and log activities with accuracy.

You will manage loaner agreements, arrange Lyft rides, and support Service Advisors during vehicle check-in. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a willingness to learn Lucid technologies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Experience in luxury retail or automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments determined by service center capacity, turnaround time, and priority levels.
• Manage open service tasks and due bills, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution; log activities in the system.
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests for customers, including Lyft rides.
• Generate Work Order Pre-writes, capture customer concerns, and obtain signatures for pre-authorization; check for open campaigns/recalls.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in with walkthroughs, intake forms, photos, and report damages.
