Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service guests and deliver luxury-level service.

• Greet guests, review concerns, and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Explain findings and pricing to customers and obtain approvals for work.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to move vehicles efficiently.
