Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Server for Quattro Restaurant & Bar. You will curate guest experiences with knowledge and enthusiasm in a genuine way, driving the café lobby lounge and restaurant bar with a luxury service mindset.

Your responsibilities include delivering dining experiences, describing menu items with accuracy, and using the POS system to coordinate with the kitchen. Competitive hourly rate with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience, luxury Food & Beverage a plus.
• Must have open availability on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining experiences aligned with Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.
• Provide prompt, precise, personable service and cater to guest preferences.
• Describe menu items, origins, flavors and preparation techniques to guests.
• Use the hotel POS system efficiently and coordinate with kitchen output.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Handle guest payments accurately, including cash, cards and comps.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a sanitized work environment.
• Monitor equipment and temperatures and stock essential products.
• Address guest feedback and liaise with management when needed.
• Demonstrate Four Seasons’ professional standards in all interactions.
