Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking a Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant. The role supports the server to ensure smooth dining experiences, including clearing and resetting tables and delivering high standards of service.

You will contribute to a cohesive team, perform side work, and help maintain Four Seasons’ reputation for quality, professionalism, and hospitality. The position offers an hourly wage and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Must provide work authorization document – proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards.
• Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
