Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Server Assistant to join Coin & Candor, our modern California Brasserie. We are looking for an individual who is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for maintaining the dining room by efficiently clearing and resetting tables to standard, assisting with the delivery of food and beverages, and supporting the service team to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• One year previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.
• Ability to read, write, and oral proficiency in English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest service by retrieving, transporting and delivering food to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service, polish and prepare small items.
• Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food, explain contents, and anticipate guest needs.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items.
