Job summary

Rane Culinary Science Center in Auburn, AL, seeks a Luxury Dining Attendant to provide personalized service across The Library and rooftop venues. You will own the guest experience, set up and deliver presentations, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to meet Forbes Five-Star standards.

The role requires superb communication, organization, and a proactive approach to anticipate guest needs, with attention to detail and a willingness to work across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale hotel, rooftop, or pool environments is preferred.
• Able to complete the Responsible Vendor course for team members 18+.
• Knowledge of food & beverage procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Forbes Five-Star service and engage guests across venues.
• Set up, deliver, and break down food and beverage presentations in The Library and rooftop outlets.
• Transport food and beverages between kitchen and service outlets.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine, cocktails, and hotel offerings.
• Communicate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
