• Ability to obtain state/local certifications such as food handlers or alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, anticipate needs, and deliver items efficiently.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals.
• Comply with Auberge Collection standards and upsell menu items.
• Accurately input orders into POS and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment.
• Keep restaurant tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
