Bernardus Lodge is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver Forbes Four-Star in-room dining experiences with precision and hospitality. You will master menus, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and ensure elegant, accurate orders and timely room delivery.

The role requires a polished demeanor, strong wine knowledge, the ability to multitask in a luxury setting, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. High school diploma and legal work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and age for alcohol service.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service principles.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and courteously.
• Record guest orders accurately and convey details to the kitchen.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and ingredients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine and beverages across offerings.
• Operate the Micros POS system accurately.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms with timeliness and presentation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
