Qualifications

• Background in bartending in an upscale rooftop and/or pool environment is preferred.
• Complete the Responsible Vendor course if 18 years or older.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage procedures.
• Possess basic math skills and can handle money.
• Maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bartend for both The Library and The Rooftop.
• Engage with customers about the concept and partnership.
• Perform mise en place for daily service.
• Oversee guests' experience according to service standards.
• Monitor and ensure guests' satisfaction.
