Job summary

Revel Communities is recruiting an Executive Director for a Reno, NV senior living community. This role leads daily operations, guides department heads, and partners with vendors to maintain service excellence.

The Executive Director drives occupancy using smart sales, outreach, and market insights, while managing budgets, reporting, and regulatory compliance. You’ll champion resident experience and safety, and represent the property as MOD when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Strong financial acumen and people leadership; able to communicate confidently, including public speaking.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, department leaders, staffing, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies, outreach, and market insights.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and key reporting.
• Champion resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed.
