In this role, you will oversee daily operations and work closely with department leaders to drive occupancy and manage financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or hospitality.

Requirements

You bring

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
