Job summary

Revel Communities in Reno, NV seeks an Executive Director to lead a premier senior living community. You will oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and uphold safety, compliance, and brand standards.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and exceptional communication with residents, staff, and partners. Join a team committed to exceptional service, high standards, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
