Legend Senior Living is seeking a Residence Director to lead daily operations of an entire senior living community, including nursing, dining, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional holistic care for residents.

You will manage budgets, staff, and programs while driving quality of care, safety, and resident satisfaction. This role may require evenings/weekends and leadership on duty as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in an operations leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, sales).
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence, including departments and staffing.
• Recruit, train, recognize, and coach department leaders; ensure quality care.
• Manage community budget, expenses, and state regulatory compliance.
• Maintain quality and safety programs, and community outreach.
• Assist with move-ins, care plans, competitor analysis, and events.
• Foster a positive work and living environment; resolve concerns professionally.
• Fulfill duties as Manager-On-Duty and respond after hours as needed.
