Legend Senior Living is seeking a Residence Director to lead overall community management and day-to-day operations of the assigned residence, including department function, goals and financial performance.

You will guide nursing, dining, maintenance, sales, and life enrichment teams, drive quality care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive living environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations leadership role (required).
• Administrator license or state-required certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Manage community budget, expenses, and state compliance.
• Maintain programs like quality management, safety management, and outreach.
• Assist department leaders with move-ins, care plans, competitor analysis, events.
• Promote a positive work and living environment; resolve concerns professionally.
• Possible Manager-On-Duty duties and after-hours availability.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff; adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
