Unidine is seeking a Food Service General Manager for a premier Naples, FL account. This role reports to the Area General Manager and drives day-to-day operations, budget adherence, staffing, and client relations in a luxury dining environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or culinary degree and 5+ years in high-volume foodservice, with strong leadership, menu collaboration, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience required.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.

Mansioni

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests and Client; collaborates with Chef and management to create menus.
