Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or culinary certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a Senior Living General Manager role.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Senior Living unit.
• Exceed financial and operational goals and client objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and staff development.
• Maintain vendor and client relationships; manage supplies and equipment.
