Elev8Talent Group seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead dining operations for a luxury senior living community in Tennessee. This executive will elevate the dining experience while running a financially disciplined operation across four onsite restaurants and the broader dining services program.

The ideal candidate brings strong F&B leadership in senior living, luxury hospitality, healthcare, or sophisticated restaurant environments and can balance hospitality with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Strong food & beverage operations experience from senior living, luxury hospitality, healthcare, resorts, private clubs or sophisticated restaurant operations.
• Balance hospitality with the regulatory requirements of a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four onsite restaurants and the broader dining services operation.
• Labor management, food costs, budgeting and financial performance responsibilities.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on quality, consistency and execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness as it relates to dining services.
