Job summary

Aroma360 in Dallas invites a Luxury Sales Consultant to guide clients through personalized scent consultations in our premium showroom. You’ll build relationships, nurture warm leads, and close sales while delivering an unforgettable luxury experience.

You’ll travel with customers from first contact to final purchase, representing a top fragrance brand and earning uncapped commissions plus benefits. Prior luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and follow-up.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into our luxury showroom and deliver a world-class experience.
• Conduct personalized scent consultations based on lifestyle, space, and goals.
• Demonstrate premium scenting systems and signature fragrance collection.
• Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients.
• Proactively contact warm leads by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up to educate, answer questions, and guide customers to the right solution.
• Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
