Aroma360 is seeking a driven retail sales professional to join our luxury showroom in San Antonio. You will engage walk-ins, close high-ticket contracts, and create premium scent experiences.

You will master our scent systems, use Salesforce to manage leads, and collaborate with a high-performing team. Weekend and evening availability is required. This role offers uncapped commissions and a base salary with earning potential up to $110,000+.

Qualifications

• Proven success in retail, luxury, or high-ticket sales.
• Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly sales goals through in-store client interactions and follow-up.
• Close paid-in-full or contract-based deals.
• Create personalized, premium scenting experiences for clients.
• Master our scenting systems and fragrances to tailor solutions.
• Use CRM to manage leads, track opportunities, and grow the pipeline.
• Keep the showroom visually stunning and aligned with the luxury brand.
