You will manage check-in/check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support service providers to maintain a seamless guest journey. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with benefits, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones, schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments.
• Sell services and manage time on the book.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for retail and services.
• Maintain knowledge of services, products, and promotions.
• Coordinate between guests and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle high-volume situations with composure.
• Ensure waivers and guest documentation are completed.
• Support daily salon operations and other duties.
