Job summary

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa in Gambrills, MD, seeks high-energy, detail-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Guest Experience Specialists. This luxury oasis offers a premier concierge experience, with a fountain check-in and premium amenities; you will handle scheduling via Phorest and ensure a seamless guest journey.

Starting pay $16.00 per hour during the 30-day training, with a guaranteed step-up to $17.00 per hour after training and evaluation.

Qualifications

• The Hospitality DNA: A genuine passion for customer service, concierge environments, or upscale guest relations.
• Proactive Energy: A self-motivated, high-initiative mindset that thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and utilizing advanced point-of-sale systems, appointment grids, and digital communication tools.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible mix of day and evening shifts, including required weekly or alternating weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays).
• Experience: Previous background in retail, hospitality, luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, medical front desks, or high-end concierge environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Luxury Hospitality: Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an exceptional, positive first impression.
• Front Desk & Technology Coordination: Schedule, modify, and confirm guest appointments accurately utilizing our premium salon software (Phorest).
• Facility Presentation & Ambiance Management: Maintain a spotless, inviting front desk and lounge, restock amenities, and prepare spaces for guest comfort.
