Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury team in McLean. You will greet clients, assist on the sales floor, and ensure accurate checkout with the POS system while upholding brand standards.

You will manage stock, support shipments, and contribute to merchandising and customer service excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and assist customers confidently.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention.
• Collaborate with team and management as needed.
