Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Minnesota to join our luxury retail team. You will welcome clients, assist with product selection, and operate the POS with accuracy, while upholding brand standards on the sales floor.

In this role you will manage shipments, stock, and visual merchandising updates, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth store operation in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
