Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Merrimack, NH to contribute to store success through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor.

You will help move product from receipt to point of sale, support stockroom organization, and assist with merchandising while delivering exceptional service to luxury customers. Availability for flexible schedule and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred, luxury retail a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests.
